Payment and Delivery

Pickups

No pickups are allowed without prior order and payment via this website. If you wish to pickup your order please place the order via this website and when completing your details prior to checkout mark the check box "I'd like to pickup my order at your warehouse". This will remove freight from your order total. Once payment is completed and the order ready for collection, we will contact you and let you know it is ok to come and collect. Please only select this option if you want to collect from our warehouse in Narangba, QLD, 4504. Orders are typically ready for collection at midday the next business day from your order day.

Orders under 5 kg will be Shipped by Express Post

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes but these are mostly metropolitan addresses.

If your item is for an address inside this network, delivery will be the day after dispatch of your order.

If your item is for an address outside this network, the fastest possible transport links will still be used, but it won't be covered by Australia Post's Next Day Guarantee.

Australian Express Post Satchel Prices: 

- 0-0.5 kg = $12.10

- 0.5-3 kg = $14.30

- 3-5 kg = $25.30

NOTE: 3 kg bags of feed have a gross weight >3 kg and will not be sent in a 3 kg Express Post Satchel. The will be sent in a 5 kg Express Post Satchel.

Orders over 5 kg will be shipped by Startrack Express Courier

Your address must be a physical address. No PO Boxes!

All dispatches are marked "No Signature Required" which allows the delivery driver to leave your goods at your address. If there is a specific place you would like your order left (if you are not home) then please make a note in the additional comments when you place your order. The default is for all orders to be marked "No Signature Required". If you DO require a signature please leave a note in the additional comments section. Please note if you request a signature and you are then not home to receive your goods then you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
